Hi! My name is Barbara Miller.

I bet you are all wondering how I became a Doula! It all started with my sister's pregnancy and the birth of my nephew four years ago. Soon after his birth I began researching natural family living and trying to conceive to prepare for my then husband's return from Iraq. That's the first time I ever heard of a Doula. At first I thought it was not for me but, after reading more and more about it, this is something that spoke to my passions about birth and families. While I still don't have children of my own, I am very confident that I can help women in labor.
